Terms and Conditions for Free SIM Card Contract

By accepting a free SIM card from Freeminds Foundation, you agree to the following
terms and conditions:

Eligibility

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this program.
2. Income Eligibility: You must belong to a low-income household, as defined by
   relevant local or national standards. Proof of income status may be requested to
   verify eligibility.
   OR
3. Internet Access: You must currently have no access or insufficient access to the
   internet. This program is designed to support individuals and families facing digital exclusion.

Usage Terms

4. The SIM card provided is for personal use only and is not transferable to any other
   individual.
5. The SIM card is to be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
   Any misuse, including illegal activities, fraud, or abuse of the service, will result in
   termination of the contract.
6. Data, calls, and text allowances included with the SIM card are subject to fair usage
   policies.

Responsibilities

7. You agree to use the SIM card responsibly and solely for lawful purposes.
8. If you are no longer eligible for the program (e.g., improved internet access or
   change in income status), you are required to notify Freeminds Foundation promptly.

Termination

9. Freeminds Foundation reserves the right to terminate the free SIM card service at
   any time if you are found to be in violation of these terms or if the program is
   discontinued.

Privacy and Data

10. By participating in this program, you consent to the collection and use of your
personal data for the purposes of verifying eligibility and providing the SIM card
service. Your data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws
and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by
law.

Limitations

11. Freeminds Foundation does not guarantee uninterrupted service or network
    coverage. The service is provided “as is,” and Freeminds Foundation will not be
    liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions.
12. This program is subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or
    discontinued at the discretion of Freeminds Foundation.
    

By accepting and using the free SIM card, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria
and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in
immediate termination of the service.
