To ensure a smooth and secure process, please follow the steps below carefully:

Complete the Registration Form

Complete the form on the right and enter all the relevant fields.

Watch the Internet Safety Video

Scroll down to watch a short 5-minute internet safety video. You will be asked to answer three simple questions.

Submit Your Application

After completing the form and questions on the video, click Submit. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to review and process your details.

Wait for Our Email

We’ll email you to let you know if your application was successful.

Book a Time Slot

If successful, you’ll get a link to choose a time to collect your SIM card.

Bring ID to Your Appointment

On the day, bring your Passport or Driving License so we can verify your identity.

Collect Your SIM Card

Pick up your SIM card at your chosen time. Then, scan the QR code to leave us a quick review!
